Heather – Administration/Insurance Coordinator
Heather has been working with Dr. Pineda since 2005. She brings comprehensive knowledge of dental insurance to the practice and will be happy to help patients with a better understanding of their dental coverage. Heather will be one of the first voices you hear on the phone and one of the first smiling faces you’ll see when arriving in our office. In addition to helping with dental insurance and billing, Heather will also be happy to assist with scheduling appointments and ensuring an overall pleasant dental experience. In her spare time, Heather enjoys cooking, camping and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Becky – Registered Dental Hygienist
Becky was raised in South St. Louis, Missouri and resides there with her husband and three children. She graduated from Forest Park Community College and has been practicing dental hygiene for 13 years. Becky has worked with Dr. Pineda since 2007 and enjoys continually learning new aspects of the dental field.
Doreen – Registered Dental Hygienist
Doreen graduated from dental hygiene school in 1993 in upstate New York. Practicing dental hygiene in several states has enabled her to expand on her education, knowledge and experience in the dental field. She has practiced working with Dr. Pineda since 2006. Together, they strive to provide their patients with a positive, state-of-the-art dental experience.
Jen – Dental Assistant
Jen received her Bachelor of Arts degree from SIU-E in 2003. She began dental assisting in fall 2004 and has been with the practice since summer 2010. Jen was born and raised in Illinois and currently resides in Collinsville with her husband and son. She enjoys the outdoors, photography, drawing, running and singing. In her spare time, she gardens and helps her husband with his lawn care business.
Michelle – Dental Assistant
Michelle has five years of dental assistant experience. She is excited about the opportunity to work with the great staff at the practice and continuing her education in the field of dentistry. Michelle joined the staff at Creating Smiles Family Dentistry in August 2010 after taking some time off to be at home with her children. Michelle was raised in Collinsville and now resides in Troy with her husband and two daughters.
